Our in-house testing and inspection facility ensures every product meets defined quality standards.
Quality is ensured at every stage through incoming, in-process, and final inspection systems, supported by calibrated measuring instruments and testing equipment.
We follow stage-wise inspection from raw material to final dispatch. Process parameters, metal chemistry, and properties, and moulding conditions are closely monitored. Dimensional, visual, and mechanical inspections ensure every casting meets specified quality standards. Heat-wise traceability and documentation ensure consistent and reliable quality.
